Akita Rescue Society of America -    

Alaskan Malamute Assistance League - The Alaskan Malamute Assistance League is a 501c3 charitable non-profit and volunteer animal organization dedicated to the welfare of all Alaskan Malamutes. Our national efforts include breed rescue, adoption, referral, education, and other needed assistance. Malamute rescuers urgently need your help during this summer season! The annual problems of less rescue space and resources, combined with higher numbers of needy dogs, is a seasonal nightmare for rescue volunteers. German Shorthaired Pointers Rescue of New England - is an all-volunteer organization committed to finding loving, permanent homes for German Shorthaired Pointers in need.  We place GSPs with families in our coverage area of CT, MA, RI, VT, NH and ME. In addition, we work cooperatively with GSP Rescue in NY state.  

German Wirehaired Pointers Rescue - GWP Rescue, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)3 organization based out of Olathe, Kansas.   GWP's need human companionship, they do not do well as kennel dogs or left outside for long periods of time without their owners.  Many of these dogs were discarded because they wouldn't hunt. You cannot expect any of them to be hunters. We adopt them out as pets and IF they hunt, that is a bonus.  We are always in need volunteers to help in the rescue efforts of these special dogs.
