N Chin Midwest - Peke N Chin Midwest was founded after
a need was realized here in the State of MN and surrounding states. This was
discovered by accident. Heidi Ludwig was attending a dog auction in Wheaton,
Missouri in hopes of rescuing some Japanese Chin and getting them out of the
cycle of puppy mill abuse for a National Japanese Chin rescue group. Due to the
far reach of our fosters & volunteers we are now known as Peke N Chin
Midwest with volunteers in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska
