If you don't find the breed you are looking for, try contacting several of the rescue groups and animal shelters and ask them where you can find the breed you are looking for. Most likely, somebody will be able to help you. Some rescues will rescue other breeds other than what they specialize in. So tell them, what your looking for and see if they can find that breed through their network of connections.

Peke N Chin Midwest - Peke N Chin Midwest was founded after a need was realized here in the State of MN and surrounding states. This was discovered by accident. Heidi Ludwig was attending a dog auction in Wheaton, Missouri in hopes of rescuing some Japanese Chin and getting them out of the cycle of puppy mill abuse for a National Japanese Chin rescue group.
