Albany, OR Pet Adoption Network - is non-profit organization. We work effectively through a network of services and support. Pet Adoption Network is not a shelter and does not have a facility. Animals in our care are placed in foster homes while they receive medical attention and lots of love until they are up for adoption. If you don't find the breed you are looking for, try contacting several of the rescue groups and animal shelters and ask them where you can find the breed you are looking for. Most likely, somebody will be able to help you. Some rescues will rescue other breeds other than what they specialize in. Horses

Hope for Horses We are an all volunteer run 501 (c) 3 non-profit. All donations and adoption fees go toward recovering the cost to save the horses we have and to help save more horses. Donations and help needed! We are in desperate need of donations. The drought situation has caused hay to become scarce and very expensive. Adoptions have slowed, and more people are donating their horses to the rescue because they can’t afford to keep them. The situation will get only worse over the winter.
