Most likely, somebody will be able to help you. Some rescues will rescue other breeds other than what they specialize in. Peke N Chin Midwest - Peke N Chin Midwest was founded after a need was realized here in the State of MN and surrounding states. This was discovered by accident. Heidi Ludwig was attending a dog auction in Wheaton, Missouri in hopes of rescuing some Japanese Chin and getting them out of the cycle of puppy mill abuse for a National Japanese Chin rescue group.
